Eyelash extension adhesives
No, all our adhesives are for professional use. They must be used by a licensed lash artist on a client. DIY or self-application is strictly prohibited and can lead to serious reactions and irritations.
No, all professional cyanoacrylate adhesives are meant for use with individual lashes or pre-made fans. No self-application or use with strip or cluster lashes is allowed. For DIY purposes we offer Stick&Stay Cluster Glue.
We offer adhesives with different drying time and strength to cater various needs, purposes, lashing habits and skills. Please refer to the product pages for more details to choose ones that will suit you best.
Clean lashes are key to retention. We recommend using our lash shampoo to remove make-up, dust, and oils, followed by our primer for final degreasing.
This is the potential staying power adhesives showed during tests in laboratory conditions. It's a simple and clear measure to differentiate strength of different adhesives, all of which offer adequate retention until next refill in 3-4 weeks.
We recommend using one of our gel removers to safely and quickly remove lashes. DIY removal is strictly prohibited.
Clients should not get their extensions wet for 24 hours after the appointment, unless a Bonder was used to speed up polymerization. Otherwise contact with water will cause shock curing making the glue look whitish and brittle.
The answer is no. Oil-based make-up, and to that effect any oil on extensions, will ruin the bond and retention.
Our adhesives are made at an ISO quality management system certified facility in South Korea. The country of origin is indicated on the package and the bottle.

Yes, all our adhesives are latex-free.
Yes, our adhesives are formaldehyde free and comply with the FDA and OSHA requirements in relation to this chemical.
Our adhesives belong to the semi-permanent class. They are Cyanoacrylate based and have strong formulas for long retention and quick setting. They are not hypoallergenic and require adequate precautions and training for their safe application.
Yes, all our adhesives are cruelty-free. Our products are never tested on animals, and, as they have no ingredients derived from animals, they can be considered vegan.
storage & handling
Our adhesives are designed to perform optimally under a range of conditions to meet various needs. For most adhesives, we recommend the following environmental conditions: Humidity: 50-60% Temperature: 20-24°C (68-75°F).

Unopened bottles can be stored up to 6 months under adequate storage conditions. Once opened, the glue can last up to 2 months (tightly capped, in the sealed pouch in a cool place). We recommend using it within one month after opening because no matter how ideal the storage is, glues are subject to aging, so the fresher the glue, the better. Please see the production and expiry dates on the package.
You can store unopened bottles in the fridge (not the freezer). Once the it is opened it’s better not to put it back to the fridge due to temperature/humidity difference. Just put the bottle inside the pouch with silica gel inside, seal it and keep it in a cool place away from sunlight or other heat sources.
We do our best to keep adhesives freshest and properly stored. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment conditions. Some bottles can get spoiled in transit if left sitting in the delivery truck or mailbox in the heat during the hot season. Please always pay attention if the glue looks weird or unusual, has changed its normal consistency, or has an abnormally bad smell.

If your client has low natural lash porosity, Primer is a must to open hair cuticles for better adhesion.

The ingredients of Stacy Lash Extra Bonder are Di-water, Ethyl alcohol, Titanate L12, Alkoxysilane, Sodium gluconate.
Bonder serves as a final step of the procedure. It increases retention, prevents possible reactions, and shock curing. Booster is the final step of a pre-treatment procedure. It accelerates glue drying time, adjusts the humidity level in your working environment, and when applied to the hand-made fans, it makes them perfectly open and wide.
You can say so when it comes to Bonder, as this product prevents fume reaction and shock curing, while significantly increasing the retention. A booster is essential when you’re struggling with your room humidity or want to make milder adhesive work faster.
We recommend using a micro brush when applying Stacy Lash Bonder.
1. After the procedure, it’s needed to use a small amount of product and apply it to the client's eyelashes with the help of a micro brush.
2. Wait for 2 minutes for it to reach its full effect.
3. Now you can take off the eyepatches and finish the procedure.
Place the necessary amount of product on the base of the eyelash extension strip. Wait for 30 seconds for it to dry. This will help to prevent your lash fans from closing. You can also use this product after the pre-treatment procedure (after using lash shampoo for lash extensions and eyelash extension primer) by applying our Glue Accelerator to the natural lashes with the help of a micro brush. However, be careful not to overdry your client's natural lashes, as it may lead to the retention issues.

Yes, our glue has a mild formula, made specifically to cause no irritation or burning.
Our shampoo is oil-free.
Our Lash Shampoo is absolutely glycol free. This product has a mild formula and is also free from gluten, paraben, phthalate, ethylene oxide, betaine, sulfate, polyquaternium, and color, which is vegan & cruelty free too.
There is no need to dilute it with water, as it’s ready to be used the way it’s sold.
Sure, you can use our Lash Shampoo on lashes that have been tinted and lifted, as it has a mild formula and works great as a part of daily aftercare or even a makeup remover.
The shelf life of our Lash Shampoo in an unopened bottle is 24 months from the manufacture date, and once opened, it should be used within 12 months. Both the MFG and EXP dates can be found on the backside of the package.
It is recommended to cleanse your lash extensions at least 3-4 times a week, or sometimes, every day if you have oily skin. Also, it is important to avoid excessive rubbing.

The individual eyelash extensions have a round-shaped base, while ellipse extensions have a flattened base. It provides a larger area of contact with the glue, which ensures perfect bonding and reliable retention.

The remover has a very stable formula and once opened can be stored for about a year. Unopened bottles can be stored up to 2 years.
In no case should a client perform a removal procedure at home by themselves. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage to natural lashes.
Yes, all Stacy Lash products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact our team for an estimated shipping price.
It depends on the delivery type. Standard shipping method takes 5-7 business days. The Expedited delivery is fulfilled within 3 business days. International deliveries can take up to 20 days.

For orders outside the US, your total amount includes the price of the goods and delivery to your address. There is absolutely no way we can anticipate whether the government in your country levies any additional duties and/or fees on your order. If a customer doesn't want to pay them and refuses the package at customs, no refund/replacement will be made from our side.
A buyer is fully responsible for the customs clearance procedure when the package reaches its destination country. Please be informed that packages stored at the customs past their time limit may be sent back to the sender or destroyed. We are not responsible for such cases and will offer no refund or replacement for these orders. We are also not responsible for import duties and VAT (for non-US customers) and any additional fees and charges that your bank and/or your payment system may charge.
