Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Wholesale orders may require up to 7 business days to be processed and assembled at the warehouse, depending on order volume. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12:00 PM EST through Sunday or on national holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
● Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
● Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
● International Shipping: Up to 20 business days
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are determined by the courier and will be displayed at checkout. Stacy Lash does not control these rates.
Free Shipping Eligibility:
● U.S. Orders: Free shipping on orders over $99 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
● Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150
All U.S. orders over $200 are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign and the package cannot be delivered, a second delivery attempt will incur an additional fee of $8.59, which must be covered by the customer.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: US, Canada, UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Gibraltar, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates. If your country is not listed, please email us and we’ll review your request individually.
Please note: If a package is held at customs beyond the allowed time, it may be returned or destroyed. We are not responsible for such outcomes and do not offer refunds or replacements in such cases.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If these charges are refused and the package is not accepted, no refund or replacement will be issued. A buyer is fully responsible for the customs clearance procedure when the package reaches its destination country. Please check if your order can be subject to additional local charges BEFORE ordering.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer may request a reshipment at their own expense.
If an order is refused at delivery or not collected, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the order is returned to us, minus any shipping charges.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier directly. Stacy Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
