Cancellation policy

Welcome to our Policy ("Policy") for Subscribe & Save subscription ordering program, "Subscribe & Save." This Policy establishes the rights and obligations between you and Stacy Lash LLC and/or its affiliates ("Stacy Lash," "we," or "us").
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stacy Lash regarding Subscribe & Save. It's important to note that your use of the stacylash.com website is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, along with any other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Stay Lash website. All of these are incorporated into this Policy. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you accept and agree to these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. We highly recommend reading this Policy carefully.

1. Benefits

The benefits of the Subscribe & Save program are an integral part of this Policy. Stacy Lash retains the right to modify the Subscribe & Save benefits at its sole discretion, including the discount amounts and the criteria for determining those discounts. Any changes made will be applicable to future orders, including those for existing subscriptions.
By subscribing to Subscribe & Save, your chosen delivery schedule will automatically generate new orders until you decide to cancel. This ensures that you receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency of your subscription.
It's important to understand that when you purchase a subscription, you are opting for recurring deliveries. The specific details of these deliveries, such as frequency and duration, are determined by the subscription plan you select.
For your convenience, your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery made under your subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscriptions at our sole discretion and without prior notice. In the event of such termination, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped to you.
Retail customers and wholesalers can both participate in Subscribe & Save, but the discount will not be combined with wholesale discounts.
No other discounts or promo codes can be applied to the Subscribe & Save program for retail customers.

2. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item on the day that the order is processed, less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping cost.
The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you authorize us to update your subscription with another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Subscribe & Save order.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is canceled. You can cancel at any time via Your Subscribe & Save page, which can be found in Your Account. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Subscribe & Save discount percentage for such Subscribe & Save item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item.
You must cancel your subscription no later than one day before the date of the next order creation (for example, if the order is scheduled for April 20th, you need to cancel before the end of the day on April 19th).
You can change the date of the next order no later than one day before the date of its creation (for example, if the order delivery is scheduled for April 20th, you need to postpone it before the end of the day on April 19th).

3. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Policy, including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the stacylash.com website, at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you. In the event that any change to this policy is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific change will be considered separate and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining changes or conditions. BY CONTINUING TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR SERVICES AFTER WE HAVE MADE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE CHANGES, IT IS NECESSARY FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
