We do not process your payments. Nor we collect or store your payment details.
We use Stripe, an American online payment provider that collects and processes payments for us for American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and Discover cards.If you have a PayPal account - you can make your payments through this system.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can either return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your order, have it replaced or exchanged for the same or another product. We will ship out a replacement or initiate a full refund for the product as soon as our warehouse team receives and puts it back to the system. Please note that this may take some time and, much to our regret, we cannot speed up this process.
Please be advised that your order cannot be refunded or replaced in case you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
