We do not process your payments. Nor we collect or store your payment details.
We use Stripe, an American online payment provider that collects and processes payments for us for American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and Discover cards.If you have a PayPal account - you can make your payments through this system.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible product within 30 days from a purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or replacement.
Here’s how it works:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Only items purchased directly from our official website qualify for return.
- To start, please contact us at support@stacylash.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If approved, our team will provide a return label and instructions. Please securely pack the item(s) and clearly mark the return authorization on the outside of the package. As soon as your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we’ll issue a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Important: Orders cannot be refunded or replaced if the shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
